       THE APPETIZERS

Sausage & Grapes – Locally made hot Italian sausage and

fresh grapes, sautéed in olive oil and butter with balsamic

sauce, garnished with Italian parsley.                             $9.50

Stuffed Calamari – Small squid bodies stuffed with bread-

crumbs, garlic, Italian parsley, parmesan, and chopped

calamari – simmered in homemade tomato/oregano sauce.

Baked Penne Pasta with Slow-Simmered Lamb Shank Sauce

Rainsheep lamb shanks from Albany, simmered with lemon,

roasted red and yellow peppers, mushrooms, garlic, home-

made stock, orange zest and Italian cheese topping.     $9.00

Matt’s Ravioli – Homemade pasta stuffed with roasted potato,

roasted wild mushrooms, prosciutto, fresh herbs and ricotta

cheese – sauced with fresh tomato/butter sauce, dusted with

About Our Wine Shop and Selection Process

"As a wine merchant I offer a service - specifically, I taste the bad wine so you don't have to! How many times have you gone to your local market to find a dizzying array of labels, grape varieties and pricing with no direction or assistance? Do you think that the clerk chose the wines, or was the decision "corporate"? We take the time to taste, educate ourselves, keep up with trends, vintages, and vinification techniques. The Wine Depot offers a grand selection of wines by the glass that are available to sample at no charge before you buy. All are personally selected for value and enjoyment. In addition to our Friday monthly wine tastings, we offer a "drop in" casual tasting every Wednesday evening at 5pm. Our wine advice is always free!" - Matt Morse , Proprietor
